  1. Overview of the Role: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Manager to lead a high-profile team in a rapidly growing area of the business. The successful candidate will provide technology leadership and drive ServiceNow solution and execution in a fast-paced environment. 2. Responsibilities:

  • Lead client design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops, and interact with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources
  • Provide insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow aligns with and can support specific business objectives
  • Support project and agile scrum management activities
  • Oversee application and workflow design, configuration, and testing
  • Develop client-specific reporting processes and integration components
  • Manage and coordinate all phases of the engagement; ranging from initial requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare
  • Provide trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance
  • Build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams
  1. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline, preferably with experience in a similar technical environment
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow project experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams and supervising others
  • 2+ years of experience supporting proposal and business development related activities
  • Functional knowledge of HR process and related technologies is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills
  • A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
  • The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs
  1. Benefits: We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being
