We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Architect with a specialization in the Information Risk Management (IRM) module to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in custom architecture within the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record of guiding transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

· IRM Module Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on the ServiceNow IRM module, providing insights and guidance to optimize its functionality within our organization.

· Custom Architecture Development: Design and implement customized solutions tailored to the unique requirements of Warner Brothers Discovery, leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities.

· Transformational Leadership: Lead the architectural transformation of our ServiceNow environment, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs and align architectural solutions accordingly.

· Technical Governance: Establish and maintain technical governance frameworks to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

· Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying areas for optimization and implementing enhancements to streamline processes and workflows.

· Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to end users and administrators to facilitate the successful adoption of architectural solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

· Extensive experience (5+ years) as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on the IRM module.

· Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) principles.

· Proficiency in developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

· Demonstrated expertise in leading architectural transformation initiatives, preferably within large-scale organizations.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) preferred
