We are hiring for ServiceNow Solution Architect - ITAM/SAM to join our award winning Technology team! You will use your skills and experience to come up with innovative solutions to achieve customer goals.

The Role

  • Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow ITAM solutions in client environments
  • You will work with our clients directly to help transform business solutions and deliver solutions using your knowledge of ServiceNow platforms
  • Architect and design ServiceNow ITAM solution, lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of ITAM/SAM solutions
  • Experience and leading ServiceNow ITAM custom integrations and implementations
  • As a Solution Architect, you will be a critical liaison among client partners, technical resources, and key project stakeholders
  • Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation level, ideally higher
  • Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow ITAM integration
  • Manage all aspects of application development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting systems, query optimization, and report-writing.
  • Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meeting changing needs and requirements

What You Will Be Doing

  • Help integration team in planning and packaging the ServiceNow integration solution
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops
  • Presales Demo and Proof of Value for prospective customers.
  • Conduct ITAM Requirements Analysis sessions and customer workshop
  • Troubleshoot and support ServiceNow based applications and systems
  • Draft use cases and functional requirements, proposal, SOW documents for solutions
  • Reviewing and providing guidance on functional requirements documentation
  • May provide technical assistance in a pre-sales capacity
  • Design custom or product-based solutions based on ServiceNow applications

What You Bring Along

  • Must be technically proficient in the following product lines: ITAM, SAM, HAM
  • Proven consulting experience as a key technical and business process resource leading the development and delivery of Asset Management, SAM, HAM Integration solutions in client environments.
  • Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their ITAM SAM processes
  • Invest and maintain expertise in ITAM & SAM product process capabilities, features and complimentary processes (APM is a plus)
  • Domain knowledge and experience with Strategic Portfolio Management and Application Portfolio Management practice capabilities a plus
  • Certifications
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
    • At least 2 ServiceNow CIS Certifications (CIS-ITAM SAM, HAM or APM preferred)

Education:

  • A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience]

Certifications & Knowledge

The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond. It is expected that the candidate will be able to complete ServiceNow competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations.
