Why You

We are seeking a Servicenow Senior Project Manager who will lead and guide the work of technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and like to feel empowered to ensure projects success, then this is the job for you!

The Role

  • Define Project scope and objectives

  • Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.

  • Manage solutions using agile and iterative project methodologies and various project management tools.

  • Drive project implementation from initiate to close

  • Plan project stages and assess business implication for each stage.

  • Assign resources, timelines and schedules

  • Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

  • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.

  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables and confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.

  • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.

  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create, revise, and execute project work plans as appropriate to meet needs and requirements based on company process standards.
  • Effectively apply project management methodology and enforces project standards
  • Identify project resources as needed and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and execute quality assurance procedures to minimize exposure and risk.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Perform and complete project accounting duties, which include tracking and reporting project team hours and expenses on a weekly basis, managing budget, ensuring of accurate invoicing and follow-up with clients when necessary, monitoring receivables, analysing projects regarding profitability, revenue margins, bill rates and utilisation.
  • Provide weekly project burn sheets and follow closeout project process and activities.
  • Facilitate communication with team member and clients throughout the project cycle; and inform superiors when necessary.

What You Bring Along

  • Demonstrated experience in technology Project/Programme management, with highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience.
  • Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, monitoring of project process, detailing schedule reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
  • A proactive approach, you are ahead of the problem before it lands, proposing viable solutions and engaging necessary stakeholders to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Have had oversight of project financials and provided actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or work experience in equivalent field

PMP Certified (Agile/SCRUM certification nice to have but not required)
