The Role

NewRocket is a global team made up of ServiceNow professionals who help our customers run and grow their ServiceNow environments. We will provide support and guidance to get you up to speed on some of the most amazing projects! We are hiring for a Platform Analyst to join our India team! We provide official ServiceNow training so you can achieve multiple certifications. We will set expectations for what success looks like. Then we will allow you use your skills and experience to come up with innovative solutions to achieve customer goals.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support and maintain the health of the ServiceNow environments of customers
  • Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 requests and incidents while adhering to SLAs
  • Patching and upgrading ServiceNow instances
  • Performance monitoring
  • Deliver ServiceNow Accelerators
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Learn new ServiceNow modules and features
  • Document what you do
  • Achieve and maintain product certifications

What You Bring Along

  • ServiceNow administration experience required
  • Customer service experience required
  • ServiceNow CSA certification helpful but not required
  • ITIL certification helpful but not required.
