Position: ServiceNow Administrator
Location: REMOTE...
Duration: 12-month contract [with strong possibility for an extension]
Need US Citizen
Duties:
Continuous review of new ServiceNow modules, and other commercially available software to ensure the ServiceNow platform and tools remain current.
Executing advanced scripting of business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Polices, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACL's
Create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes and Formatters
Create reports and dashboards as needed
Service operations and escalated support, assisting in the management of our ServiceNow service, including core configuration, user administration, core application administration and service administration and upgrades
Manage the setup, administration and configuration of Field System Support applications and tools
Work with Application SMEs to create and validate Service Maps for key applications
Install and troubleshoot additional operating system software that is FSS specific to maintain the FSS Intranet site to support intra-department and inter-department communication
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow system experience. Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, PERL scripting, ), PowerShell
- Working knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, ), PowerShell, SaaS applications, network operations (networks, protocols and email [SMTP, POP3])
- Experience documenting code and system processes and procedures in a clear manner
- ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification
