SERVICENOW (SPM/ITBM) DEVELOPER

Role: SNOW (SPM) Developer Duration: Long term contract Visa: Must work on w2... Rate: $75-$90 per hour W2 IV Process- 2 Step Process- 1 Video IV and 2nd step is technical assessment.

Apex is seeking a ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Developer to support their federal customer, USCIS. This role is in support of a Scrum team to enhance ServiceNow capabilities. The ServiceNow SPM Developer will be asked to develop custom features and workflows to satisfy business needs. Needs to be able to design and develop queries, reports, and dashboards, and to understand how to turn business needs into solutions within ServiceNow.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Build customized ServiceNow application, apply technical expertise and build and refine logic to enhance team capabilities Support the development team to architect and deploy solutions using ServiceNow platform Work with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions Communicate technical solutions to non-technical audience Produce quality client-facing deliverable content Attend sprint ceremonies and update user stories Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with specific experience in implementing the ServiceNow SPM application which include but not limited to Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio, Agile, and Resource management Experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management, ServiceNow System Administration, and/or Business Process Modeling (BPM) Expertise with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML Expertise in REST, SOAP services, etc. Working Knowledge of MYSQL databases Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude Ability to work remotely and independently but able to raise issues/blockers; communicate with Scrum Master to avoid sprint delays

Preferred Qualifications: Project Management and Agile certifications

Education and Certifications: Bachelors Degree or Higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field ServiceNow Administrator Certification required (If they dont have this but have everything else please send) ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (Preferred) ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management Implementer Certification (Preferred)

Security Clearance: Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust Pursuant to a government contract, US citizenship is required
