Day to Day: Develop, maintain, and enhance service request applications on the ServiceNow platform to automate and improve business processes Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects and perform integration testing using sample data Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition Conduct staff training on new procedures Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors Required/Desired Skills SkillRequired /DesiredAmountof ExperienceExpertise level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities are required.
