Responsibilities

PruTech is looking to build out a team of Senior Servicenow Developers to support our clients

in the financial industry.

· Develop workflow and scripts to personalize existing Service Now

applications and automate business processes

· Understand detailed requirements and own code from design,

implementation, test automation and delivery

· Manage deployment by engaging with enterprise platform

management during release

· Manage Production Support by engaging as L3 support team member

· Manage API integration with non-Service Now application

· Manage documentation in Confluence of new or existing Service

Now applications

· Lead, design, develop, test and implement applications and

system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to

manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies

· Ensure systems are monitored to increase operational efficiency and

managed to mitigate risk

· Define opportunities to maximize resource utilization and

improve processes while reducing cost

· Resolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a

technically challenging nature

· Lead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements

for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key

risk initiatives

· Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including

managers

· Partner with production support and platform engineering teams

effectively

· Develop and implement new Service Now Application using low-code

or out of the box solutions

· Mentor less experienced software engineers

Key Qualifications

· 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or

equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work

experience, training, military experience, education

· 5+ years of experience in Service Now Application development,

installation or trouble shooting

· 5+ years of experience in understanding service-oriented

architecture and ability to consult clients with such topics

· Experience with web technologies - JavaScript, ES5+, HTML<

CSS/SCSS, SQL

· Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards

· Agile environment experience

· Financial Industry & Risk Technology experience is ideal

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
