Position - Sr. Service-Now Platform Administrator

Job Location - Bandra East, Mumbai

Work From Office set up with regular work timings at 09.00 am to 06.00 pm.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key / Primary Responsibilities :

• Deliver a professional, business focused and high performing application support services to an agreed service scope and service-level metrics.
• Strive for continuous improvement of incident management process and integration with other IT operations management processes
• Hands of experience in ServiceNow Platform support, administration and development.
• Monitor heath, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow Platform and its applications
• Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to measurable benefits.
• General support, administrator and maintains of Service Now platform and associated applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with all IT units to ensure that IT-delivered services and... end-user productivity goals are understood and exceeded
• Perform collaboration sessions and develop action plans to address the knowledge transfer from the application development team for new releases
• Conduct trend analyses and action plans for improving service timeliness and reducing costs
• Maintain appropriate documentation of the application landscape, application integration, data flows.
• Contribute to problem solutioning, change, release, knowledge and ensure BCP/DR activities are planned and conducted to ensure Participate in periodic disaster recovery tests to ensure the veracity and recoverability of application landscape.
• Manage communications to the business and key stakeholders
• Work with the Technical Services team to Ensure the appropriate technical infrastructure is deployed to support the performance, availability and recoverability of applications, including capacity planning, high availability (where required) and backup strategies
• Maintain the appropriate levels of documentation, knowledge base and skills within the applications group to ensure the appropriate level of knowledge sharing and minimize dependence on individuals
