Job Location : Pan India(Hybrid)

Main Responsibilities:

· Understand and communicate testing effort through analysing requirements and scope of project.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery

· Lead a testing team of internal and client resources, building a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation.

· Establish a test strategy and test plan that includes, gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders on approach

· Develop the test plan including tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.

· Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the customer, ensuring content and structure of all Testing documents/artifacts is of high quality and maintained.

· Development and definition of test methods and tools including establishing automated test frameworks

· Plan, coordinate and control all testing activities across multiple workstreams.

· Responsible for test execution and completion including but not limited to user acceptance testing, systems integration testing etc

· Project manage test activities including scheduling, status tracking, reporting, and issue and risk-mitigating responsibilities.

· Track and prepare the report of testing activities: testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc. and provide reports to the program and project manager.

Skill Matrix:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Testing .
  • Demonstrated experience in performing end-to-end testing in accordance with an established Software Testing Life Cycle and software testing methodology across the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Proficient in Integration testing using the Postman tool.
  • Proficient in Defect & Test Management.
  • Proficient in ITSM Modules.
  • Good to have knowledge of ServiceNow ATF & the CSM Applications
  • Experience of creation and management of the Automated Test Framework within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent inter-personnel skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision (orally, written and presentational) with proven facilitation, influencing, negotiation and strong analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen.


· IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
