Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Designer. You are a proactive thinker who is willing to take a chance. Curious and self-motivated, you're willing to explore new technologies. You're ready to push boundaries-and yourself. You're here to improve the way our country works because you care. And you're ready to share your ideas with our team, knowing we'll listen. You will develop a thorough understanding of the requirements and then apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements. You are responsible for developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories provides process flow and other required system documentation. You will build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution.

Here's what you need:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar
• 6+ months experience working in ServiceNow
• Training to include ServiceNow Fundamentals

Bonus points if you have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $90,700 - $147,100

Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100

New York City: $105,000 - $147,100

Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
