WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will join our squad responsible for developing and supporting CMDB, ITAM applications, and our ServiceNow platform and will work with teammates and stakeholders located around the world to deliver value to our users. You will work on stories involving scripting, configuration, and integration across a wide range of ServiceNow applications and plugins. You will develop and... deploy standards to ensure a high level of ServiceNow performance, stability, and security. You will help us deliver more value from our existing CMDB, ITAM implementations, and will support our ServiceNow cloning & upgrade cycle. You will also help deploy new functionality using Integrations, Workspace, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other emerging ServiceNow capabilities. You will mentor our junior team members and server as top escalation point for ServiceNow issues.

You will join our squad as a ServiceNow Engineer Senior Manager and work with our high performing team of engineers, administrators, and architects. You will participate in our agile scrum ceremonies and work closely with our product owner, scrum master, and analysts to prioritize your work to be delivered each sprint. Your main focus will be on development, but you will also contribute to solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and support activities.

  • You seek out opportunities to expand your ServiceNow knowledge and expertise YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 9+ years of development, architecture, or other relevant experience
  • 6+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
  • Expertise troubleshooting and improving ServiceNow stability, performance, and security
  • Subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in ServiceNow upgrades, CMDB and ITAM applications
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred (Certified System Administrator, Asset Management, CMDB)
  • Proficiency with Javascript, ServiceNow APIs, reporting, dashboards, access control, system clones, and upgrades
  • Experience with integrations preferred, e.g. REST, GraphQL, IntegrationHub, and store apps YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will join an existing Agile squad comprised of engineers, architects, analysts, a product owner, and scrum master. You will report to the ServiceNow Chapter Lead and will work closely with the product owner and scrum master to determine your work for each sprint. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
