A thorough understanding of Service Now IRM capabilities, including integrations with other Service Now modules as well as standard external integrations and Service Now foundational capabilities (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, etc.) and frameworks (e.g., ATF testing), is required of the perfect candidate.
