As a ServiceNow trainer and Tech Writer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to end-users documentation to support the ServiceNow platform implementation.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that ServiceNow users have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize the platform, and that the end user documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities : Design and develop ServiceNow training programs for end-users, including curriculum development, training materials and delivery methods Conduct trainings sessions, workshops, webinars to educate end-users on ServiceNow Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback Develop and maintain end-users documentation, including user guides, system documentation and knowledge base... articles Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams Strong Knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, functionality and best practices Experience in end-user communications and technical writing including creating user guides Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules is preferred Please apply now to be considered
