ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

InTec is looking for candidates who have ServiceNow Administration or ServiceNow Application Development experience. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with Java, JavaScript, CSS, XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, or other UI development.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal widgets, UI development, configurations, and integrations...

• Work closely with teammates, customers, and leadership to ensure activities are aligned and integrated.

• Work closely with customers to provide recommendations on business process efficiencies and ServiceNow best practice.

• Facilitate requirement discussions with teammates, customers, and leadership along with participation in daily scrum meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to be cleared at the TS/SCI level

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Portal widgets, UI development and, configuration

• Familiarity with writing and implementing ServiceNow business rules and client scripts

Education/Certification Qualifications:

• Master's degree and 1 years relevant work experience with ServiceNow as an Administrator or

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in a relevant/related field or

• Associates degree plus 4 years of experience in a relevant/related field;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with supporting ServiceNow scoped applications

• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflow editor or flow designer

• Experience with building and/or maintaining integrations using Web Services (SOAP, REST, JSON) middleware etc.

• Experience with developing and implementing custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as HTML and CSS changes.
