Role: ServiceNow AdminDuration: 12+ Months

Location: Richmond, VA , Plano, TX, McLean, VA

JD:

• Looking for Service now platform administrators, not developers.
• Managing service now platform.
• Working with the team and responsible for managing daily maintenance and upgrades or new features/plug ins.
• Various inhouse application integration with service now.
• Prefer to have AWS skillset as well – cloud infrastructure and support at some level -EC2, S3, Rehydration, CICD Pipelines-Jenkins.
• Server experience- looking at servers in the cloud.
• Handling request from enterprise side- for example integrating service now with slack.
• Enterprise level support.
• Windows/Linux experience to support infrastructure in the cloud would also be helpful.
• AWS devOps is preferred.
• Service now certification is preferred.
