ServiceNow Platform Administrator

A global business services company based in the Greater Philadelphia Area is seeking a strong ServiceNow Administrator to join their team They will join an organization responsible for the system support, service delivery, and business processes of the ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow Administrator, this individual will use their expertise to identify, analyze and troubleshoot any production... issues and maintain procedures that meet business user expectations. This is a permanent, fully remote position (required to work EST hours). - Programming experience (XML, HTML, CSS, Java, and Java Script) - Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python, Perl) - Servicenow integration experience - Strong understanding of Servicenow Asset Management module - 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Administration - Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB & Discovery, Service Portal, Workflows, Dashboards, REST APIs - Solid understanding of ITOM, ITSM modules, ITIL framework and service management catalog - Experienced in Servicenow configuration, patching, troubleshooting and maintenance - Strong communication skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
