Position Overview
ServiceNow Production Support and Administrator (Hybrid)
Requirements:
Role Description:
- ServiceNow Administrator / Release Engineer: Responsible for platform administration, configuration, customization, and user support. Responsible for ServiceNow Code migration for all releases for ServiceNow deployments.
- Production Support Specialist: Primarily focused on incident management, issue resolution, monitoring and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow Platform.
Admin:
- Platform configuration and customization based on business requirements
- User support and issue resolution related to the ServiceNow applications
- Assist with ServiceNow HI Support Cases ownership
- Proactively monitor platform health and improvements
- Responsible for code migrate / Agile releases of ServiceNow deployments
- Assist with upgrades / cloning
- Quarterly Application Version upgrades
- Mid Server administration
- Communicate ServiceNow Changes/Upgrades/Maintenance
Production Support:
- Incident management and troubleshooting for ServiceNow related issues
- Timely response and resolution of user-reported problems
- Coordination with cross functional teams to address INCs and PRBs
- Identification of root causes and implementation of preventive measures
- Documentation of incident resolutions and best practices
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
- Assignment of Peer Review Tasks
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow experience and skillset: Platform configuration, customization, user support, HI Support, change/updates/maintenance, Incident management and troubleshooting
- ServiceNow ITSM
- ServiceNow Code migration / Agile releases of ServiceNow deployments
- MidServer administration
Certificates: ServiceNow ITSM
Languages: English
