We have several upcoming opportunities. These positons would be remote, supporting varous times zones n the US. Previous experience implementing enhancements and optimizations is required. Having worked on multiple ServiceNow projects is required. Ability to support ServiceNow administration tasks is required. ServiceNow development experience (preferably ServiceNow certified developer). Experience configuring ServiceNow integrations with 3rd party applications. Experience with data operation process for importing data into ServiceNow Ability to transfer technical knowledge to current client staff. Evaluate and understand highly complex interrelationships and effects among programs, interfacing applications and platforms. Maintain efficient operation and effectiveness of ServiceNow. Follow and promote use of development standards and procedures. Maintain high level of technical aptitude and expert working knowledge of ServiceNow.
REQUIRED SKILLS The preferred candidate will have minimum 6 years' systems analysis/application ServiceNow development experience 5 years ServiceNow Administrator experience Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented Strong lateral thinking skills Experience driving project milestones and delivery dates Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities from a project management perspective
