With 36 high-performing ServiceNow Professionals across the globe, the team requires a hands-on technical expert to help lead across its integration strategy and to support large-scale enterprise transformation programmes that complement the organisation's transformation agenda.

As the Technical Design Authority, you'll oversee enhancements to the existing Now platform, championing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to maintain data consistency and quality whilst also playing... the role of Product Owner for its ServiceNow platform interfaces such as Virtual Agents, Portals, Mobile Apps. Delivery of large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects Solid understanding and experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in data modelling and configuration. Certification in ServiceNow administration and related areas is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of data management principles, data modelling techniques, and data governance practices. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes. Proficiency in data modelling concepts and relational databases. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration

Ability to analyse sophisticated data requirements and business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Wider IT infrastructure and how it works with ServiceNow Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and how it all joins up, in particular, a good grasp of the data model Scrum (Agile) development process Certified ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 10 modules

Car Allowance: £7,500

Annual Bonus: 18%, rising to 36% based on company performance Annual Leave: 25 days + Public Holidays + Purchase an additional 10 days per annum
