• Handling approvals and escalations whenever delegated by the BUPA manager
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module
• Experience in rest API integrations, flow design, workflows, and knowledge management modules.
• Knowledge of the ITSM module
• Capable of handling upgrade/clone activities.
