This role will support mid-large scale ServiceNow projects across Saudi and Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

The ServiceNow Testing Lead will perform the following:

Led a team of QA consultants to review and test ServiceNow project deliverables before moving to production or submitting them to the client.

Work closely with the project leadership and design effective and appropriate tests and evidence of utility and warranty for implementing new/changes to ServiceNow modules.

Manage and operate the ServiceNow validation & and testing process and procedures.

Provide support to Release Management activities to ensure quality, performance, and service level expectations are met.

Identify, document, and... report upon risks, issues, defects, and feedback for service changes, and provide a remediation feedback loop to the project Architecture, business analysts, and project manager.

Formulate, review, and present a plan and approach for each set of project iterations.

Develop test scenarios, and test cases using business requirements, use cases and technical documentation, and maintain integrity between requirements and test artefacts.

Drive high-class, quality and testing, toolsets, and testing assets across the full end-to-end solution.

Manage the delivery of the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for ServiceNow projects.

Plan, coordinated, managed, and executed SV&T manual and automated SV&T activities where required.

Produce and distribute UAT reports where required.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise where required, for both manual and automated testing.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 Years’ experience in ServiceNow testing roles within large commercial organisations or technology partners.

A minimum of 5 years working in a global IT Service Management organisation.

ITIL certified to Foundation level (minimum) and fully knowledgeable of ITIL processes.

Proven experience in delivering testing processes via Agile, Waterfall, Automated and DevOps approaches.

Proven experience in the use of test management tools such as ServiceNow Agile and Automated Test Framework. etc.

Demonstrable experience setting and implementing a test strategy and leading testing across processes and software.

Demonstrable experience in setting up and managing test environments and working as an IT tester or equivalent role.Ability to communicate openly and effectively in both written and verbal form.

Flexibility to work under continually changing and different work scenarios.

Ability to prioritise workload to manage agreed objectives.Is a strong team player, with the ability to lead or maintain high team morale.Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure.

Ability to promptly identify and escalate issues, which may affect the delivery or quality of agreed objectives.

Ability to pay high attention to detail and quality across all activities.Excellent written communication skills; must be able to draft accurate and concise reports, quickly, and efficiently.

Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly summarise often complex scenarios into a format that can be efficiently conveyed and easily understood by technical and non-technical people alike.

Assertiveness: Must be able to step in and speak up to resolve testing and validation conflicts. This includes the ability to advocate and defend a position when challenged.

Highly organised: Ability to track multiple activities, ensuring essential deadlines are met, including communication updates, escalation trigger points, and business milestones.

Desirable Qualities: ITIL Intermediate (Service Operations, Service Transition, Release, Control and Validation), or ITIL Expert / Manager’s Certificate.Experience and knowledge of large-scale, global IT organisations.Experience within ServiceNow technology partner
