Job Description
ServiceNow Business Analysts responsible to conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Experience of working in a technology environment and ServiceNow Platform
Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
Experience of working in a regulated environment
Experience of working with third party suppliers/vendors
Demonstrable experience working in a highly collaborative environment, with focus towards delivering real business results.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform and related applications.
Exposure to working in Agile, SAFe or DevOps environments , Awareness of ITILv3 Framework
