- Managing Team by assisting BUPA ServiceNow platform manager
- Handling approvals and escalations whenever delegated by the BUPA manager
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module
- Experience in rest API integrations, flow design, workflows, and knowledge management modules.
- Knowledge of the ITSM module
- Capable of handling upgrade/clone activities.
