Servicenow CMDB

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Servicenow CMDB professional. The Servicenow CMDB professional will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the CMDB module within Servicenow. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies for CMDB integration, creating and maintaining the appropriate CMDB policies and procedures, and ensuring data accuracy within the CMDB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Servicenow CMDB, including configuration and customization of the CMDB module
• Experience with CMDB integration, specifically in areas such as discovery, mapping, and reconciliation
• Demonstrated understanding of industry best practices for CMDB management and governance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams
• Experience with ITIL processes, particularly the... Configuration Management process
• Relevant certifications in Servicenow CMDB are preferred
