Job Title: Solutions Developer ? ServiceNow IRM-GRC
Joining Location: India (any city)
The ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with an experience of 6-8 years in the IT industry and has been responsible to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform for the IRM/GRC modules. The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing these ServiceNow modules. Solutions Development & Configuration related to ServiceNow IRM-GRC, which involves the following
Technology Solutions development
Building integrated and complex use-cases and implementing
Solution Differentiators and Accelerators development
Center of Excellence development and management
Developing Security Workflow Automations
Developing Security integrations
Solution... workshops support
Transitioning to delivery operations and other supporting functions
Research and Innovation
o ServiceNow IIRM/GRC, (P&C, Risk, Adv Risk, Audit, VRM, BCM, RCM, OpRes, Privacy, ESG, Accelerators),
o Workflow, Flow Designer
o Configure and manage GRC/IRM Workspace(s) from adding, removing, modifying new widgets as per client requirements.
o Customized Configuration, OOB and Scripting.
o Update Set
o Transformation Map
o Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
o Familiar with new Workspace UI designer
o Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts

Certified Implementation Specialist / Audit Management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow/flow designer administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
Answer ?how to? technical and application configuration questions.
Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
Participate in daily scrum calls with scrum master and the customer.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
BS degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration,
including but not limited to successful deployments as lead.
Knowledge and experience in international, state and US federal information security laws, including but not limited to HIPAA, NIST, PCI, ISO 270xx and all other applicable regulations.
Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail on each project.
Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem analysis skills to include the use of mathematical concepts to validate results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with an attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear and concise communication with superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
Manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision ServiceNow - GRC
