Sr ServiceNow Architect Developer (SECRET Clearance)

A Candidate in this Role Will Be Expected To:

• Work with programs to think strategically and solve application architecture problems.
• Rapidly understand client problems and needs, then understand data structures and processes.
• Excel at helping overall team success, navigating data ambiguity, building client consensus and exemplifying a customer-service mindset.
• Have experience with leading a complex custom ServiceNow application with external system integrations from concept through deployment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new application or modernization efforts, from concept through deployment.
• Develop solution architectures for complex solutions that include external integrations.
• Architect solutions for both requestors and fulfillers on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
• Adherence to strict security standards and access via OOTB and scripted ACLs.
• Lead and mentor other ServiceNow developers on the team, provide technical direction, and provide peer reviews.
• Design, develop, and document web service integrations, and interact with other system architects to design and support the integrated solution.
• Communicate with stakeholders to encourage and facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Conduct research to develop an understanding of relevant programs and requirements.
• Engage in ServiceNow partnership to stay abreast of ServiceNow product developments and emerging capabilities.
• Communicate with and advise senior IT client leadership on architecture issues and platform roadmap.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must possess active US Government Secret Clearance
• Must have >4 years ServiceNow experience
• Must have strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including experience designing and developing data structures, architecting workflows and solutions, integrating with external platforms and services, and managing supporting development staff.
• Must have experience serving as the technical lead for a complex application, from concept through deployment
• Should have experience with non-ServiceNow web development frameworks, both modern front-end Javascript (Angular, React, etc)., and back end frameworks.
• Should have 10+ years of application development experience.
• Deep understanding of data structures, modern application architectures, and cloud services.
• Be an effective performer and manager in high performance, geographically distributed team environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Developer and Administrator (required within 1 week of start)
• ServiceNow Architect

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in quantitative field (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
