ServiceNow Virtual Agent

Role: ServiceNow Architect (Virtual Agent)

When: April - July

Duration: 3 months

Location: 100% remote (EU BASED REQUIRED)

Essential Skills:

• Strong implementation experience in ServiceNow
• 1 x Project as an Architect for Implementation & Integration of Virtual Agent with MS Teams
• 5 years ServiceNow Experience ideal, less if strong Architect experience with Virtual Agent
• Fluent English
• Must be available immediately

Tasks:

• This customer are implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent and require an Architect fo 3 months.
• They will be integrating VA with their existing communication channel MS Teams.
• This Architect will perform workshops, support in the creation and setup of Virtual Agent and support Delivery from the Architecture team Desired Skills and Experience
