Servicenow Business Consultant

Job Description We are looking for a Servicenow Business Process Consultant to collaborate in an exciting project of our top clients in the pharma sector

Main Tasks: Work on a global level.

Must be able to operate in a multi culture multi language global team having a good key user contact network with consultancy expertise representing global processes Be in deep contact with the business to consult in their demands related with create/modify catalog items, ITSM processes, SecOps, HR case management and Reporting modules.

Connect with the DevOps factory in India and the process and product owners in the companys organization to build a solution and deliver in the agreed timelines and quality. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English (Fluent) Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable professional experience.

ServiceNow admin certificate is mandatory ITIL Foundations is a must (Intermediate is a plus) Over 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in... business consultancy in ServiceNow Provide experience in user requirements collection, refinement and design a high level solution.

Interesting/desirable to possess development knowledge in ServiceNow Nice to have knowledge in DevOps and agile methodologies Experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment.
