Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Implement AI-powered solutions using Gen AI Controller to enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
• Utilize Performance Analytics (PA) and Performance Intelligence (PI) to gather insights and optimize service performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow and AI technologies and trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer, with expertise in customization, configuration, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI Controller for implementing AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of Performance Analytics (PA) and Performance Intelligence (PI) concepts and implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
