As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring the overall success of ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

What You'll be Doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and design comprehensive solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, ensuring best practices, scalability, and efficiency.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs, utilizing scripting, workflows, and other tools.
• Continuously assess and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Establish and enforce governance and security measures on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Provide training to end-users and support teams, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Stay current of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to enhance the platform's capabilities.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect, with a track record of successful implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and components.
• Strong understanding of one or more ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, HRS, GRC
• Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API usage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
