Compensation:

• Contract: $70/hr
• Direct Hire: Up to $140,000 base salary

Job Description:

We are seeking ServiceNow Developers with active DoD Secret Clearance to join our team in supporting critical projects located at Fort Meade, MD or Scott Air Force Base; Ogden, UT. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet the needs of our defense clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Configuration Management.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs and web services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, updates, and new features to continuously improve the platform and its capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience developing and customizing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
