The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Service Mapping, and creating intuitive user interfaces. This position requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions, emphasizing CMDB, Service Mapping, and UI Builder functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and optimize the CMDB to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Implement and maintain Service Mapping to discover, map, and visualize business services and their dependencies accurately.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces using UI Builder to enhance user experience and improve workflow efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations, particularly in the areas of CMDB, Service Mapping.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of 8+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in CMDB, Service Mapping, and UI Builder.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing the CMDB, including CI classes, relationships, and data normalization techniques.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining Service Mapping to accurately discover and map business services and dependencies.
• Strong expertise in developing user interfaces using UI Builder, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow development tools, including Scripting, Business Rules, Workflows, and UI Policies.
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems using APIs.
