As a Technology Platform Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technology solutions. Your activities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and developing technical design to ensure project success. Design and implement complex technology solutions leveraging ServiceNow expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and develop technical designs. Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of technology solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Software Engineering industry.

The ServiceNow platform engineer’s primary responsibility will be to develop scoped applications and supporting code that can integrate between ServiceNow and other enterprise business systems. This role will also be responsible for the enablement of new modules, support enhancements, and the development of integrations that will leverage new and existing platform APIs. This role will involve automating systems level processes, so knowledge of Linux operating systems, storage, and networking will play a role in the specific applications being developed on this team.
