Required Experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• ServiceNow platform knowledge
• JavaScript
• Knowledge of incident and case modules
• Knowledge of ServiceNow flow designer
• Case management Incident management in the SNOW module
• Out of Box and JavaScript development in SNOW

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
