We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for leveraging your deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and products to drive effective solutions across various domains such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management... (ITOM), Application Portfolio Management (APM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and IT Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs while ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Oversee system administration tasks and ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead system upgrade projects and related activities, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Manage ServiceNow licenses, plugins, and dependencies, ensuring compliance and optimizing usage.
  • Drive integrations with external systems and APIs to enhance the functionality and interoperability of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to prioritize backlog items and coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate new features, functionalities, and integrations.
  • Foster strong partnerships with business owners and product owners to develop roadmaps and align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Establish a robust governance model for the ServiceNow platform, identifying areas of improvement and implementing governance mechanisms to ensure effective usage and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow professional with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules and products.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM (including CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management), APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, and IT Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing, plugins, and activation processes.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with DevOps teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator) are a plus
