Job Summary
As ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will work on ServiceNow Technical Implementations and story creation for our client in the utilities space.
Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Implementer and Business Process Analyst. This position will be full-time and remote.

- Translate a customer’s need into a complete set of requirements for story creation
- ServiceNow Technical implementations

What You'll Need
- Process development experience working with customer to develop new and evolving processes
- Candidate should be able to work with a customer to identify and translate a customer’s need into a complete set of requirements for story creation
- Candidate should demonstrate experience in solutioning of more than one process/method to solve a need based upon feedback and discussions
- Experience developing training materials and training employee base on different modules such as Incident, Change, and Project Management
Preferred
- Current Certified Systems Administrator preferred
- ITIL certification a plus
- Technical implementation experience with most base ITSM platform modules. Implementation of ITOM preferred
Physical Demands
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
