Job Description

  • 7-12 years of experience on Service Now ITSM Modules.
  • Should have knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • Should have worked on Incidents, Service Requests Module, Admin Development experience on ServiceNow Modules Incident, Problem , Change , CMDB , Asset , SLM / SLA , Service Catalog , Service Portal Knowledge , Discovery
  • Should have knowledge of Service Now Upgrades and Conflict Management.
  • Good working experience in Service Now Integration with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc).
  • Strong experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules
  • Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript.
  • Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
  • Experienced in basic database skills such as queries & joins Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best design practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong Problem solving skills
