We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in ITIM (IT Identity Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), and HRMS (Human Resources Management System) modules. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet our clients' business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for ServiceNow implementation.
• Design and configure ITIM solutions to manage user identities... roles, and access privileges efficiently.
• Implement and customize ITSM modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.
• Develop workflows and automation within ServiceNow to optimize IT processes and enhance service delivery.
• Configure HRMS modules to support various HR functions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and case management.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Assist in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
