Required Skills

7+ years' experience with ServiceNow Implementation

6+ years of ServiceNow experience

At least 3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow CSM projects

Should have implemented 2 complex CSM projects

Highly proficient across the breadth of ITIL practices.

Having experience on Agile methodology

Experience as leader of successful ServiceNow implementation engagements, including designing the solution, delivering configurations and data initialization.

7+ years' experience with ServiceNow Implementation,

ServiceNow Customer Service Management Certified

Understanding of Network, Server, Security and on prem/cloud environment technology,

Strong communications skills.
