Service Now Consultant / Architect

Im Looking for Service a Senior Service Now Architect /Consultant for a Global cyber security and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our cyber security and risk mitigation operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead configuration, customization, and integration efforts to extend the functionality of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and CMDB.
• Architect and oversee the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow.
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure the scalability, stability, and security of the platform.
• Conduct regular system audits... performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, system architecture diagrams, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity experts, to support integration efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments related to ServiceNow and IT service management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Provide training and mentorship to internal teams to promote self-service capabilities and empower users to leverage the full potential of the ServiceNow platform
