Responsibilities:
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will:
Identify, design, and deliver... complex architectures and solutions through the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical input in qualification and business approval meetings.
Educate and negotiate technical solutions, advising on options, risks, and impacts.
Design scalable solutions with minimal peer review.
Engage with the Business and Engagement team to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support sales efforts, lead client presentations, and contribute to marketing events.
Maintain a high level of product and solution knowledge in ServiceNow services.
Contribute to continuous improvement in technical delivery.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you need:
ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (x3).
In-depth knowledge and experience in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, IRM.
Proven problem-solving skills in your specialist area.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Track record of customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery.
Capability to document reports, solution presentations, and proposals.
Benefits Package:
Base Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Annual Bonus: 10%
Pension: 10% Double matching contributions
