ServiceNow Developer - PPM (ITBM) Inside IR35 (Must have PPM project experience)

Role and Responsibilities:

Must Have experience in the following:

• Certified in ServiceNow PPM
• Implementation experience with knowledge of all the features, configuration, and data model
• Portfolio Management: Organise projects, programmes, and portfolios-collaborate, report, and track to plan better.
• Resource management: Manage resource availability, allocations, assignments, and actuals across all work.
• Demand management: Centralise strategic requests and consolidate the investment process for new products and services.
• Scenario planning: Compare multiple scenarios using what-if analysis to align investments with your business strategy.
• Portfolio workbench: View demands, projects, resources and costs. Plan and track portfolio progress-all in one place.
• PPM Dashboards: Standard and Custom dashboards and reports : Track, aggregate, and visualise key performance indicators and trends with... real-time reporting.
• Telecom domain experience will be preferred
