JD:

• 5-8 Years Engineering and Development experience in an enterprise role for Infrastructure operations

• 4-5 years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Integrations with 3rd party tools using APIs, Orchestration, Cloud Management

• Working knowledge of Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Tools Deployment and Functioning

• Good understanding and knowledge of Cloud and On Premise Infrastructure/Applications Hosting platforms and environments

• College Degree in Information Systems or Engineering or Equivalent technical training/ experience .

• Implementation Specialist Trainings accreditation and certifications is desirable in at least one of the following:

• ServiceNow Discovery

• ServiceNow CMDB

• ServiceNow Event Management

• ServiceNow Business Service Mapping

• 3rd party monitoring tools integrations using APIs
