CACI is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator - Tier 1/2 to join our team supporting our multi-year contract in Hanover, MD. The GOATCLOUDS program provides managerial, technical, and maintenance support for an enterprise IT service management system for customer IT requests, and IT management across the enterprise.

Job Duties:

  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
  • Manage configuration and operation of IT systems daily
  • Perform Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
  • Assist users in accessing and using IT systems
  • Perform account management, including establishing, activating, modifying, disabling, and removing accounts
  • Provide configuration management, implementation, and sustainment of compliance with applicable system security controls
  • Perform periodic vulnerability scans of systems
  • Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
  • Implement IAVA security patches and insure patch status is recorded in appropriate systems of record
  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status and work with agency management and internal customers as needed
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university or Four (4) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
  • Two (2) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required
  • DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow platform is preferred
