Job Description

Technical Skill :-

    • Experience in Customization and Implementation of Service Now application/module
  • Hands on experience on various IT Services of Service-Now tool like Service Catalog Requests, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Service-Now Administration, Incident and Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Reporting
  • Exposure across various integration with Service Now(LDAP,ODBC and Web Service)
  • Sound knowledge of Service Now Discovery, LANDesk and SCCM
  • Hands on experience in web development using HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
  • Proficient in coding Client Script, Business Rule, UI Policy ,UI page , workflow design and UI Macro
  • Good knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services: Business Services and Configuration item relationships.
  • Proficient with Java script and Service Now tool
  • Experience in gathering requirements
  • Proficient in performing Impact analysis across Service Now modules
  • Should have experience dealing with an Offshore team and have worked in engagements in an Onsite- Offshore model
  • Experience with project communications management & status reporting
  • Experienced with stakeholder management & co-ordination
