Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• ServiceNow certification
• 5+ years of industry experience as a ServiceNow developer or architect

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree
• 10+ years of industry experience
• ServiceNow Technical Architect certification
• Excellent oral, written communication, presentation, project management, and mentoring skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with clients and building client relationships
