Job Summary:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance diverse ServiceNow applications based on documented requirements.
• Review and test software components, and resolve software problem reports.
• Apply knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Service Portal to code with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• One year experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications.
• Two years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery required.
• DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).

Bonus Qualifications:

• Two years experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• One year of experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or ServiceNow Application Developer certification.
