We are seeking a talented and results-oriented ServiceNow Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of ServiceNow and expertise in data manipulation and automation to develop and deploy advanced functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to understand ServiceNow workflows and data needs.
  • Utilize JavaScript and Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow) for scripting and automation tasks to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
  • Develop and deploy ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Leverage ServiceNow's Predictive Intelligence capabilities to create data-driven forecasts and improve process efficiency.
  • Configure and manage NowAssist (Virtual Agent) features to automate user interactions and improve self-service capabilities.
  • Work with large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4:
  • Clean and prepare data for LLM input.
  • Design prompts and track LLM responses to identify trends and patterns.
  • Maintain and document all developed scripts and configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with ServiceNow (not necessarily as a developer, but with a solid understanding of the platform).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with data manipulation libraries like PyTorch and TensorFlow (a plus).
  • Basic understanding of Data Science concepts, particularly data cleaning techniques.
  • Knowledge of developing and deploying ServiceNow's Performance analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and NowAssist (Virtual Agent features)
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating different systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience developing and deploying chatbots or virtual assistants.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with DevOps principles and methodologies
